Create a masterpiece for your home or for a gift under the guidance of artist Carrie Wareham. Learn some artist’s secrets while you work in a comfortable hotel environment. The workshop will be run over 2 mornings to allow drying time for the texture before applying acrylic paint to complete the work. Carrie is currently exhibiting some of her textured work at the Kambaa Art lounge in the lobby of The Address Hotel.Details of the workshop below:
Dates : 2 & 3 December 2011
Timing : 10.30am – 1pm
Materials: All materials provided, though you might like to bring an old credit card or other plastic card to use to apply the texture! Aprons are provided, but it would be an idea to wear something that can get messed up.
Refreshments: Coffee/Tea will be provided
Price : AED 400
Bookings can now be made at the Kambaa, Art Lounge in the lobby of The Address Hotel, Dubai Marina. Places are limited, so early booking is advisable. A minimum of 4 people is needed for the workshop to run.
